Which features come with my plan?
The pricing page lists every feature by plan. Multiple floors, traffic simulation and AI layout suggestions are part of Business. If something you expected is locked, email us and we will look at your account.
How do I change plans, update my card, or cancel?
Open your dashboard and choose Manage billing. A plan change applies straight away. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and your layouts stay in your account.
Can you build my floor plan for me?
Yes. Send your room dimensions, ideally a sketch with measurements, columns and doors marked, and we will set up the room so you can start placing equipment.
